A stunning diamond coated 18K Vacheron Constantin "1972"
One of the benefits the big corporate watch brands have over the smaller artisanal Independent watchmakers, is access to stunning diamonds with their scale of operations, allowing them to buy top quality small diamonds in bulk, which then allows their designers to go "hog wild" on covering some of their more traditional pieces with small perfectly matched diamonds completely. An interesting fact is that all the best quality gemstones and stone setting jewelers are used in high end watchmaking. After all the stones must all match perfectly in order to preserve the high quality integrity of these top class wachmaking houses.
Here we are excited to be able to offer this very rare manual wind 18k white gold piece from the venerable 250 + year old Geneva watchmaking house of Vacheron Constantin. I imagine this watch was originally made in tiny quantities and has subsequently been long sold out in favor of the elongated newer version housing a quartz caliber. The 18k white gold deployant buckle even has diamonds on the exterior.
It comes with all original papers and boxes.
